Cpu and gpu are soldered To the motherboard you cant remove them.

Look usb Or hdmi ports externally for shorted pins.

Keep ram on when you troubleshoot and always remove battery and power cable when you touch any motherboard connector.

Just remove few connectors then try To boot with power cable plugged and then remove power cable and continue.
remove charger and battery, press power button for 30sec, connect power cable only and try boot

I did removed battery press hold power button 30 sec (2nd try 60 sec) re-sit Ram then power on still no display or beep sound, and power button solid orange. also try power on without Ram power button flashing 2 red 3 blue
What else should i try to get system give me some beep code or amber code tell me what wrong to the Laptop
Dell support won't tell me what wrong with Laptop because Warranty expired 2 month ago unless Pay fee, i just own it only 14 Month

Does it power on at all when you press power button, fan spin or hdd etc? If you do "power on" without showing the display then try to plugin external monitor and try again. Did you update bios before this happened?

What is the exact dell alienware model, look sticker behind laptop.

1. Test your power supply giving right voltage with multimeter

Need proper model number before giving further tips since dissassemblying is different depending on the model, you might be able to reset cmos (round cell battery which either has a connector on the motherboard or plastic clip holding it) just remove power cable , main battery and then look for the cmos battery, when you take it out for 10minutes and put back this will reset yourc cmos
