DELL BIOS obtaining MASTER PASSWORD/ resetting ADMIN PASSWORD

GOOD DAY!

I have with me a DELL Latitude E4300, the problem is its a gift from my aunt way back in 2014/15 and i would like to test some bootable device for my work but the problem is cant access the bios settings since it is locked by an admin password and by the time i asked her about it she has forgotten about it where she bought/got it from so I tried to reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and it worked! worked on the configuration saved on the device but the password is still there so my problem is that I cant access the windows right now since I need to change the RAID CONFIGURATION but I cant since there is an Admin password blocking me. Is there any way to get the master password?

If passwords were that easy to work around, they wouldn't be much good, would they?
