I HAVE A DELL D845 DOARD THEY HAVE NO (ON) I CHECK THIS BUT I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THIS MATTER IF YOU HAVE A IDEA SO PLEZ HELP ME

If you haven't touched or moved the pc in awhile, the board or power supply may have failed. Both are pretty old.
