Dell Browser Search Software. What is it?

I ordered a BTO Alienware a couple of weeks ago which still hasn't arrived because of the Chinese New Year shutdown. On the Dell invoice it list everything they are including both hardware and software down to the Dell bloatware. Most items of bloatware items are easily googled and I can make a judgment call as to if I should keep them or not. There is however one called "Browser Search Software" which due to it's generic name is making identification hard. Anyone know what this is, what it does and if it's something I should be concerned about?

BTW: Before someone says "just do a clean install" I'm trying to avoid that because there is some Alienware drivers I need intact.

When I ordered my Dell laptop as plain as I could get it. I had the same thing on my list of software, all that reefers to is that they have installed Google chrome onto your computer but they don't give it a real name for some reason. Once you get your pc just run http://www.pcdecrapifier.com/ and it should remove most of the crappy bloatware stuff from your PC. Also just run JRT http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/ You also will have a 1 month subscription to Mcafee you can also remove that. Right now F-secure offers a 3 month subscription for free for their premium antivirus services, and it is very light on the system.
