dell cancellation charges

Can anyone tell me how much a cancellation charge for an order from
dell is? Because on monday I recieved a call from dell saying that
they did not recieve payment and I chose to cancel it. So i need to
know if I can afford the cancellation charge.

There's no cancellation charge if payment didn't go through and you told
them to cancel. They didn't build your system, so there's no obligation.
