i was on the computer and then it sht down by itself and when i turned it back on it reseted by itself no pictures documents how to get all the stuff back without having a mechanic coming or using money and quick before my mother comes back oh and it isn't our computer

Shut down and re-start the computer. Usually, this takes care of most problems.
