Dell computer my keyboard not working

My dell laptop key board is not responding. mousing is fine can do shutdown and reboot and still unresponsive. suggestions

You can attempt to go into the Control Panel>> System>> Device Manager>> Keyboards. In there you should find listed your internal keyboard along with any external keyboards used. Right click on the built in keyboard listing and reinstall drivers. If there are any yellow flags next to your (or any) keyboard listing, please report that.
