Dell CPU Compatibility! HELP! Urgent!

Ok, after my other post about that stupid science fair thingy and aevm helped me out alot, I need to know if the CPUs are compatible with the Dell C521. These are the two. Can anyone please help me its real urgent thanks.

PS. The chipset is a nForce 430 with AM2 socket.

CPUs

AMD Athlon64 LE-1640 2.7GHZ AM2 CPU 65nm
AMD Athlon64 X2 45W 4850e 2.5GHZ AM2 CPU.

Thanks, I was making sure. Do i need to update the BIOS before. Since it is a project I'll be testing the LE-1640 first and then taking it out to replace it with a 4850e to run more tests. Will this work?
