Dell D 430 Latitude not booting , but after removing the conenctions including battery , & press teh swithc for 20 sec and t

The present problem is , every time , before booting, it calls for this step, I mean I require to remove Adopter as well as battery and press the Switch for about 30 Ses and then conenct Adopter & battery

I'm going to suggest replacing the CMOS battery for the laptop (it is a button type battery inside). Here are two videos which should help with doing that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITEYHPQMXGQ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OouOALZus8 the first shows the battery better.
The drawback of my suggestion is that I could find no CMOS batteries for that model from a few searches I did.
