Where can I purchase a startup kit for my del computer?

I have no sound to my computer and also it tells me to
insert a sound card, I don't have a sound card I bought the
tower from a family member who said it was working fine but the thing doesn't
work for me.

start-->control panel-->system-->device manager-->are there conflicts (yellow !) in there? If yes, what is listed next to it?

Yes there are conflicts that are yellow
Primary IDE Channel
Secondary IDE channel
Ethernet controller
Pci Modem
Sm Bus controller
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
Video Contrller (VGA Compatibe) All of those are yellow

It sounds like none of the motherboard drivers are installed.
