Hi, I did as much dell research as I could so I ordered a evga geforce 6200 256 mb ddr2 AGP 8x--If I am correct I have PCI slots and 1 AGP - anyone know if this old upgrade should work?

Yes, It should work fine--Although I hope you didn't spend to much on this since its an old graphic card to upgrade an old computer. Depending on your other specs this will likely give you a little power boost for watching videos and some non-graphics intensive games.
