dell dimension 9200 not booting

Hello,

My Dell Dimension 9200 Desktop does not boot-up and has lights 1,2,3 along with two beeps.I also noticed that nothing is able to display on my monitor.

So far I have tried to trouble shoot what could be wrong. I cleaned the machine for dust, checked the ram, cable connectors, looked for bent pins, changed the CR-battery and everything seems fine. My monitor works well.

Prior to this, I had a BSOD. I don't know what caused this.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit pro, 4 gb of memory, Intel cor 2 duo, standard PSU from dell.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Do case and powersupply fans spin up?

Turn off power switch on back of power supply, or Un-plug from the wall is you don't have or can't find that switch. Wait a couple mins. then plug back in and try to turn on.....
