I search today for bios for this system, and when I did what the paper said, the system said I had to be Administrator mode, before the flash would update the computer...

Can someone help ???

Yes, this is my private computer at home, and I have no idea if I have to jump the motherboard, or reboot to get into something special...

No, but why do you need to flash the BIOS?

What problem will a BIOS flash resolve? If none, then you shouldn't flash it. Flashing the BIOS just to have the latest version is not recommended.
