Dell Dimension E310 Bios Password Reset

Hey guys, I am working on a Dell Dimension E310 right now and am having an issue. The customer has no idea how they managed to put a password on the bios and want me to remove it. I have tried everything, taking out the cmos battery and have moved the jumpers to no avail. Do any of you know how to reset the bios password of this machine? Thanks in advance.
