Hello, I own a Dell Dimension E310 and was wondering what the best and cheapest video card would be for my system. My PC specs are: Intel Pentium 4 @ 3.00GHz , 2 Gigabytes of DDR2 RAM, 200GB Hard Drive, and a 230 Watt power supply with 18 amps on the 12 Volt Rail. The Video card also has to have a PCI Express x1 Connector. I would prefer a card that has Windows Aero support, also from AMD, however Nvidia works too.

I'm just going to be playing some light games such as Minecraft at a resolution of 1366 by 768.

Thank you for your time,
Shadow

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500299 Zotac ZT-60607-10L GeForce GT 610 Graphic Card - 810 MHz Core - 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM - PCI Express 3.0

Those are the least expensive I could find on Newegg.com, with the Nvidia being sub $50 and the AMD being sub $70. However I am not sure that Dell system will allow a discreet card to override the onboard graphics. May have to do some research on that first before purchase

Thanks for your help, I'm almost sure that the discreet card can override the onboard graphics if I simply adjust some settings in the bios. I am still worried about the power supply, but after checking AMD's and Nvidia's websites the 230 watt power supply should handle the graphics cards just fine.
