Dell display black

Not sure if this is the right place, but seemed close enough.

I had an issue(that turned out to be a bad ram stick) where my dimension e521 would beep and the display wouldn't work. Got the tower fixed, but now there is no video output. I've tried through my Video card and the integrated output and no go. Any ideas?

Plug in your video card again. You may have your monitor on a different input!

I have tried reseating the video card. I My monitor only had one vga input I believe, it's an older Dell monitor from 03
