Dell drivers windows 7 32 bit ethernet controller

I've re-install Win 7 on my Dell computer OptiPlex nSeries( E1910H Flat Panel Monitor) and I'm not able to connect to Internet telling me that there is no Ethernet controller Drivers.

go to Dell's website,look up your system and find the drivers,
