Dell e187242 connoly motherboard

Hello,
i have a e187242 connoly board the problem is that the cpu fan speed and sound very high can i control this but how?

If the fan is unusually loud, there is a good chance that dust has collected in your heatsink/fan area. Clearing the dust with compressed air should go far to get your CPU fan noise down. If it has always been loud and you are just getting tired of it, I would recommend an aftermarket cooler. I could find no documentation through Dell on fan control for your board or the Dimension 5150/E510 models
