Dell e5500 won't turn on

Hello
I have a problem with my laptop. When I connect to the charger, the battery symbol blinking blue then press power button appears on the second dell logo and progress bar, you can hear the fan and after releasing the power button laptop turns off and battery is all the time flashing.I tried holding power button 30 seconds with the battery removed and unplugged charger but without success.
Even I checked the codes E5500 (Num Lock, Caps Lock, and then Scroll Lock). Neither of them do not blink so it means that memory is good. Blinking LED on the battery (maybe this is normal) after removing the battery the laptop does NOT start with the charger hooked up. I checked the loader gives a good DC tension, DC jack looks ok. I believe that something is wrong with the motherboard because I do not have any sounds only for one second logo that says dell Latitude E5500 laptop and disconnect the power.When I press d+ power button laptop start LCD test.Please help me turn it on.Regards David

Firstly,when your laptop is connected to charger, and you turn on the laptop, the dell logo appears but at the end of the progress bar it turns off. Am I correct?

Yes exactly this way,all it takes maybe one second.Can you tell what to do?

Next, if the battery is removed (and the charger is connected), even the dell logo doesn't show up?

When battery is removed laptop will not turn on ,only when I press power - button is lit in blue but immediately disables.LCD test work.
