Question Dell E6540 not seeing hard drive at boot up ?

Dell E6540 laptop I7 12 gb ram , it's not finding the hard drive on boot up, says "no bootable device found" but if I press F12 for the boot device menu it boots fine ?
I replaced the hard drive but but it is still the same ?

Check to make sure that the HDD is the first boot device in BIOS.
