Hello, I want to buy a new laptop, my main use will be programming. Gaming or the screen are not important (unless there is a really huge difference, I don't think this is the case between these two).

Let's say price is the same.

Which one is better for me?

Looking at specs alone(and not the screen's refresh rate), I'd pick the Dell.
