Dell G2410H vs Samsung PX2370

I have a chance to chose between these two monitors and can't come to a decision. Looking for help. Will not be for gaming, just documents and other office work.

If it is just for office work and no gaming, why would you be buying a $350 monitor (at least for the samsung, don't know about the dell)? I have heard that almost every PX2370 has back lighting problems at the bottom right and other areas. It also looks like the dell model is discontinued.
