Question Dell G3 3579 - Why is my laptop so slow?

Hi, I have this laptop and it's been running slowly for a while. I did a factory reset on it earlier to see if this would resolve the issue and it hasn't - I've cleaned everything and there's no malware (run rkill, malwarebytes) and it's done nothing.

EDIT:

For some reason I couldn't add the image, but the i7-8750h processor benched at 34.5% and the Nvidia GTX 1060 benched at 3.57% on userbenchmark
