dell g7 one fan weaker than other

hi, i have the g7 laptop with 1060 max q 16 gb of ram and i7, i noticed under full loan the left fan blows much more air the the right, is the normal?

Possible one fan may be cooling the GPU heatpipe/fan assembly while the other does the cpu, would expect the GPU to be the one doing more rpm.
