Are graphics cards made by dell weaker than those that are not made by dell?
I currently have an R5 240 1GB, and its pretty weak, low performance in games or am I wrong, and the R5 series graphics cards are weak?

Solution
Won't be any slower than other 240 cards. That is not a fast video card, and how games perform depends on the rest of the system. You did not list any specs of the setup nor what games and what settings you are using.

My system:
Core 2 Duo E6400 (this may be why games lag)
7GB RAM 3X2GB 1X1GB 800mhz (not very sure about speed 400 or 800)
80GB Hard Drive
Optiplex 745 Small Form Factor Computer
Thank you for the information

I did play GTA 4 and GTA 5 and results: GTA 4 25-40 FPS GPU 80-100% GPU usage 125 Farenheight, CPU 80-100% Usage 150-160 Farenheight sometimes 170. GTA V 15-25 FPS GPU 60-80% usage 130-140 Farenheight, CPU 95-100% usage 150-163 Farenheight
GTA V: 800-600 resolutions all settings lowest as possible
GTA 4: 1280X720 4 x Anisotropic filtering High Textures
I understand the CPU is bad but when other people play with nearly same CPU as mine and exact GPU as mine and some people lag less, I will be upgrading the CPU to Core 2 Quad Q6700 soon. Thank You for the answer.

Yeah CPU is terrible, will be upgrading to a Core 2 Quad Q6700 soon, I also know about the dual channel thing, I had a 2GB ram stick but I think it was corrupted it caused blue screens so I put in a 1GB just to have more rather than to have 6GB, how much better is it to have a dual channel, what are the benefits. Ohhh I searched "dual channel ram vs single channel, it said it doubles the ram bandwith Ive heard this before, doesnt it mean that since I have all 400mhz ram each dual channel causes it to be 800mhz speed right?
