Dell Inpiron 580

I have a Dell Inspiron 580, and im going to upgrade with a radeon rx 480 and a power supply of 600w, the motherboard is intel h57, do you guys think it wil hold ? and should i upgrade the ram? it has 3x2gb

right now i have a msi gt 710 which it sucks, but i have the money now to upgrade, the only problem is that sometimes the computer is slow, so i need to know how to make it super fast
