I am debating whether to get the Asus q302l 13.3" with an Intel i5 processor or the dell Inspiron 11 3000. They are both around the same price. So money isn't the issue. PLEASE HELP!! I am buying it for my girlfriend for college. I got a student discount for the Asus which brought it down to $450. The dell is roughly around $400. But let's not get into numbers

My pros for the Asus is; it has backlight keyboard and a faster processor

Con: it's not a dell

Another bad thing about the Asuz is I can't find any official reviews on them. With the dell, I can find reviews from Cnet, pcmag, and a bunch of other places. That's scares me. Does anyone know why?

Can't really go wrong with the Asus 302. It has a bigger screen which would be much better for college at least I think for typing papers and such. It is an i5 processor, can switch to a tablet etc. I wouldn't go with the dell 11 3000. But I would say the Dell that compares this is the dell Inspiron 13.3' (i7347-7550slv) which I would rather choose because Like dell better. You can find it on blinq.com for $500. Even though it's $50 more the value of the computer is a little bit more than the aces before they're both at sale price. And if you buy one soon I'd let her know not to download windows ten for at least a month til the programmers work out the kinks.
