Dell Inspiron 13z 5323 Intel Core i3 to i7 Up-Grade.

I have a Dell Inspiron 13z 5323 I would like to upgrade from a Intel core I3 @ 1.9 Ghz to an Intel core I7. My question, is Intel Core I7 compatible with my laptop? If so i noticed there are many different I7's What should i look for?
