Dell Inspiron 14R 5420 Motherboard Charging Circuit Power Ic Number

Hi, My laptop stopped charging the battery. The laptop doesn't even show the laptop as plugged in when i connect th ac adapter. As I checked the voltage flow i observed that a IC (Power supply ic , i am guessing, is baked.

Can anyone provide me wid the ic number so i can replace it. The numbers are not visible as it has been baked too.
