Question Dell Inspiron 15 3000 no longer recognizes any boot devices

I've had a Dell Inspiron 15 for quite some time now, and today it decided it no longer wanted to recognize boot devices. I've tried different HDD's that I know work, I took apart the entire thing down to the motherboard to check if there's any issues with soldering etc, and I've yet to encounter anything. When I ran the PSA test all I got was a 0142 error that essentially tells me it had a HDD test failure. Any suggestions as to what could be another cause that I can look in to?

Yes, the HDD works on my main desktop if I throw it over, but my working SSD and HDD both don't work on the laptop
