Question Dell inspiron 15-5000 cannot format with windows 10

Hello got a laptop dell inspiron 15-5000, when i try to format it it does format but when it restart it doesnt run the windows it shows a black screen and when the windows start it freezes and restart but it doesnt not boot the windows it stays on black screen. Can someone help me please?

Why did you try to format it in the first place? Did you experience any problems to the laptop prior to the formatting attempt?

because windows crashed need to add new windows but when adding windows it is making this problem.

no BSOD the pc stopped booting the windows

thats why i had to reformat
