Dell inspiron 15 5567

Hey guys
So i have a laptop Dell inspiron 15 5567
Suddenly it stopped booting and even powering it up.
The cpu cooler starts spinning and it completely shuts down. nothing on screen.
What I've tried is:
-Tried to power it without the battery, no success.
-Tried to hold the power button for 15 seconds and tried to power it, no success either.
I think it may be mobo fault or even the cpu.
And for the light in front of the keyboard, it just blink one time for about 1 second.
Any ideas?

If you can't get a POST at all, not much to troubleshoot except the physical hardware. When in doubt strip the computer. Remove the drives, memory, etc to see if one of them is causing the fault.

If it is out of warranty, your nearest authorized Dell service center. They will likely charge for diagnostics. Otherwise you should contact Dell for an RMA.

ok then, I think i might take it to a Dell service center, since I don't have spare parts to test them. Thank you very much.
