Dell Inspiron 15 factory reset stuck at 42%

This is a brand new dell laptop Inspiron 15, 1 terrabite with witndows 10. I have another laptop and want to sell it, runs fine no problem. Once I did the factory reset it got to 42% and is been stuck there forever. Pls what to do?

I think the only option for now is to shout down the computer, restart the process from the scratch, and see if the reset completes successfully this time.
