Hello, everyone!
This morning I got a Dell Inspiron 15 running Windows 10, with boot issues. The notebook was stuck trying to boot, then showing a recovery option screen, then restarting (when I chose to either continue or try auto-recovery). I've tried pretty much everything I could think of, with no luck.
Dell SupportAssist has detected a failing component on your system that requires immediate attention.
Error Code: 2000-0142
Validation: 83553
I removed the HDD and used an external reader to backup the files before reinstalling, and everything seemed fine, I ran a AV check that removed 2 threats from the boot sector.
I thought it might be an HDD issue, so I switched the HDD. Installation once again went fine, however same issue at boot. Bluescreen, restart, bluescreen. SupportAssist began a system check, however found no issues this time.
Any ideas where should I began looking for the solution here?

- Safe mode wasn't working, kept restarting just the same.
- Disabling early launch malware protection didn't work
- Turning off Safe Mode didn't work.
- Removing updates didn't work (I recieved an error that due to an update still being installed Windows is unable to remove them).
- Restoring a previous state didn't work (error message after finish).
- Startup Repair didn't work.
- Factory reset didn't work.
- sfc command gave me an error (Windows Resurce Protection did not find any integrity violations.)
