Question Dell Inspiron 5110 no display only light on power

Hello Everyone,

I need help on a laptop dell inspiron N5110 whose not getting any display and not even making the windows sound.

i tried to reset the bios still the same.

Can some help me with this?

How did you reset the BIOS? Did you remove the battery, disconnect from the wall outlet and press down on the power button for 30 seconds?

yes i have tried still the same no display only light on power button

Try reseating the RAM and remove the hard drive. If still no display, you may be looking at a bad motherboard or a fault with the integrated graphics. In the case of the motherboard, it would need to be repaired or replaced. If it's the integrated graphics, the CPU would have to be replaced (if yours is the FCPGA type of CPU - if it's the BGA flavor, then it's back to the motherboard needing serviced or replaced).
