I need to get my dell inspiron 530 up for gaming. what should i do in the budget of $150? i was thinking of using this for ram (https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-CT2CP25664AA667-240-pin-PC2-5300-Memory/dp/B000SOVVUQ/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8, $20), as i need an upgrade for ram. this for the CPU(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0046T44YO/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A30T5A3XNEN021&psc=1, $15) so now i have 115 for a GPU... Any Thoughts on the GPU i should use? Or Change up all the parts? My mobo is 0RY007. I need help... Thanks in advance!!

4gb of ram is all you can do with that board. Leave the ram alone and get an SSD instead.

You board also doesn't support pcie 3.0 cards, so the highest you can go is either the GTX 580, or AMD Radeon HD 6970, which also means a new power supply, of at least 500w.

^That's not going to be enough though, if you're looking to play newer games.
Best save up for something newer, as I don't believe upgrading that old rig will be worth the hassle.

The 600w would give you more headroom for future upgrades, but either psu is fine.

FYI i am using this board (running Linux) and i have the e8600 and 6gb of ram so it can access more than 4gb, I'm sure windows uses PAE (Physical Address Extension) just as Linux does?
