Dell Inspiron 530

This is a seperate forum question from my previous one.

I noticed the tower to my Inspiron 530 has a sperate bay for another optical drive but for whatever reason I cannot get a second drive in the bay as it has a piece of metal blocking the way...Not like the one's that pop out this looks to be sautered onto the tower....Anyoo can this handle a second optical drive or what am I doing wrong to get the drive in there?

It should fit - is there any way to get a picture of what you're dealing with

you have to brake it out. Use a screwdriver
