Dell inspiron 530

Hey guys i was wondering if i could upgrade my Dell inspiron 530 with a new video card. i was thinking the Radeon 7750 low profile do to its low power consumption and good price my specs will be below

Specs
Intel core 2 duo E4500 2.2Ghz
Integrated video card
2gb RAM
350 Wat PSU


Is this going to work with my System?

7750 needs a 400 watt minimum.

yes i know i saw that on the newegg website but ive seen 7750 run with 350 watt and below psu. it also does not require a 6 pin psu cable so its power consumption is very low
