Question Dell inspiron 531 beeping

I recently upgraded my dell inspiron 531 with a gt 710 and 4gb more ram and it worked fine for a few months, then i got 2 beeps when i started it up so i had to swap out the ram and it worked. but now i have encountered another error where it beeps twice faster than the ram error continuously and i get no input on the monitor. Does anyone know what this means and what to do?

As for your prebuilt, what is the make and model of the PSU in your prebuilt and it's age?

sorry for the late reply I was having trouble logging back into my account but the PSU in the pc is the stock Bestec ATX0300P5WB power supply. it has 300 watts max power
