Dell Inspiron 537 MT desktop will not turn on

Hello,
My Dell Inspiron 537 will not turn on I have A green power light at the rear of the power supply but no fans or lights come on when pushing the front power button I tried another exact power supply from a working unit still the same condition any help I can get would be appreciated thanks for your time John

If its not booting it's not really a Vista problem, more like a systems build problem. I would to to here:

And ask the folks there.

Otherwise, it could be a motherboard issue, If your game, open the case and see if you can see any broken capacitors.
