I want to be able to play Skyrim on Ultra/High and 1080p on my Iinspiron 546 and I've heard that the GTX750/TI would be a good graphics card which also would be able to run with a 300w PSU. But I'm still unsure whether it will work well on the Dell 546MT Motherboard since someone stated that it would not work that well. Is that correct? Would the HD 7750 instead be a better choice although probably only being able to play it on a lower resolution?

Thanks.

may not work at all I know I would not risk my $$ on it just look at all these guys that got them store bought computers and payed good money for a nice part just to find that its not going to work but they do now theres a chance it mite. but are you willing to spend that $300 to see. i'll tell you what I tell the rest and you can take it from there

them compouters from dell acer hp gateway are fixed to where they wount take most any upgrade they do this to prevent you damaging there board in some way and then coming back on them for warranty or return due to your tampering with there product. now you may get lucky and I may be wrong on your computer there not all the same but there all ''fixed'' in some way

so now you...

so now you been told this and the rest is on you look here at toms for posts like what your wanting to do and see how far they got.

those computer company's want to sell you a computer and do not want you to upgrade it cause then your not rebuying there computer... this is why guys build there own cause these board we use are not restricted for upgrading to its compatibility

so like I said its now your call and good luck [most guys buy first and cry here but you really need to find solid proof the that upgrade will work first and not some loose talk about ya , it will]
