Question Dell Inspiron 5521 keyboard issue

Hello,,
after fixing the motherboard, the keyboard worked partially. some keys working another not working.
i thought the problem is in the keyboard, but after replacing it the same keys wont work in the old keyboard also wont work in the new keyboard too.

so i figure that the problem is not in the keyboard. the keyboard plug is ok too.

i hope get some help,,

Why did you need to fix the motherboard? Did you incur any liquid spill damage or perhaps the board got fried? You might want to try and see if removing the keyboard from Device Manager and then scanning for hardware brings up any change.

Which OS are you working with and are you on the latest BIOS update for your laptop?
