Dell Inspiron 560 PSU Upgrade

I just bought a CPU for my desktop and I did the PSU Calculator on newegg and it said I needed a 360w power supply. My current PSU is 300w. I found this one http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4844034&sku=D15-1209 and I was wondering if anyone knew if it is compatible with my Dell Inspiron 560. Also, will this one have enough juice to power my pc? Thanks for all the help!
