Dell Inspiron 570 running Windows 10.
I have tried all the standard fixes (disabling fast start, not allowing NIC to awaken, editing registry keys, reseating P1 cable and all DIMMs) and my PC will not power down or stay asleep. The PC asts as if something keeps sending a "Power-on" signal to the MOBO. This computer was incredibly dusty inside when I got it, but I blew it out with a can of air. Could dust have gotten into the switch and be conducting enough to send a false power-on pulse to the PSU?
