Dell Inspiron 660 slim how to access BIOS????

I can't get into the BIOS on my computer no matter what, I disabled fast start, but when I turn the computer one it just shows the Dell logo with a rotating wheel, and nothing else. From there it just goes to the Windows 10 screen. Before I upgraded, I had the same issue with Windows 8.1. Spamming F2 or any other key doesn't work. Help?

Press F2 during boot when the DELL logo appears.

Press Fn"+"F1 after the computer has powered on if "F2" does not work. The BIOS menu will display with a list of options

That didn't work, but I tried holding down F2 for a couple seconds and it opened the BIOS. 😀

That didn't work, but I tried holding down F2 for a couple seconds and it opened the BIOS. 😀

I am glad that the problem is solved, holding down F2 or tapping fast (as I recommend before) is the same thing, however holding down produce errors on some Dell old machines.

I tried tapping really fast many times, but that wouldn't work, but apparently holding down did.
