how do i get drivers for windows 8 32 bit

Go to the Dell website which is appropriate for your country.
Type in your laptop's Service Tag which is printed on a label underneath it.

If they don't have Windows 8 32-bit drivers for that model, you cannot run Windows 8 on it.
