Dell Inspiron N5010 (Dell beep code is 4 beeps)

I have a Dell Inspiron N5010 that gives a Dell beep code of 4, that means the ram is bad. I have checked the ram and it works fine (My Ram is Good Nothing Wrong with it). So why would my Laptop keep giving that code? I'm running Windows 10 Pro it has a new LCD and New 302 GB Hard drive New CMOS battery and 8 GB's of New Ram. This laptop worked fine till the LCD messed up and after I replaced it I can't get it to work Powers up but has a black screen and gives the 4 beep code.

What brand/model of RAM are you running? I would suspect that it isn't compatible with your MB or Bios. Each memory slot can hold DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-12800 with a maximum of 4GB per slot

I can't find the first RAM card using your numbers, and the second one appears to only exist as a 1333MHz 8GB card. If you'll notice, that speed isn't compatible with the computer. I'm suspecting the same problem with the first card as well. It doesn't mean that this memory is broken, it just doesn't match your computer. Are you trying to use both cards at the same time? Different memory with different speeds frequently don't behave well together. At a minimum, I'd try with the second card all by itself, and see if you get better results.
