Dell Inspiron n7110 Motherboard swap?

I have a dell Inspiron n7110, i currently have an intel graphics card, however i know that some of the same computer carry a nvidia graphics card. Can i switch on my motherboard so i can have a nvidia graphics card?

Since the seller is a certified dell tech and is familiar with both boards and installs them you should ask him. I highly suspect you'd be missing other parts and that the heatsink and cooling setup would not work with that board. Technically it would also invalidate your OEM windows license although since its a laptop and the board is made for it Microsoft may let it slide.
