Dell inspiron not working and wont boot.

I have a dell inspiron e6400 that stopped working and was showing me tbe motherboard replacement message. I replaced it and a few days a go i installed a new os and everything was going fine now i try to turn it on no screen comes up it just fans turn on for 5secs and turns off please help.
