Dell Integrated Webcam will not recognize

My Inspiron One 2330 (Mid 2012), has a camera integrated into the frame above the monitor. It would recognize when I first purchased, but now the camera does not recognize anywhere on the computer properties under Device Manager > Imaging Devices.

I've ran the Dell diagnostics, but can not find any drivers for my PC that have anything to do with a webcam.

If the device does not show in Device Manager, changes are it's broken or disconnected.

It showed up for a minute on the device manager, with an "yield" sign on it. When I right clicked to "repair driver" it was unable to find a solution on the quick fix diagnostic.
